1. Who delivers your order
We send orders anywhere in Sri Lanka with Koombiyo Delivery, a courier with branches across the island, including remote areas. Your helmet is delivered to the address you give us when you order.
2. Delivery fee: calculated at dispatch
The delivery fee is not a fixed price. It is finalised when your order is packed and weighed, and is based on your destination district.
Delivery fees range from Rs 650 to Rs 1,100. Nearby deliveries cost less than outstation ones.
3. Placing an order
Orders are placed with our team on WhatsApp (077 073 9980), by phone, or in store. Use the “Order on WhatsApp” button on any product page to send us the helmet, size and quantity you want. Our team will confirm availability, the delivery fee and how to pay before your order is sent.
4. Dispatch and tracking
Once your order is packed, we hand it to Koombiyo Delivery and send you the tracking (waybill) number on WhatsApp.
You can follow your parcel on the Koombiyo Delivery tracking page. Delivery time depends on your area: nearby areas usually arrive sooner than outstation ones. Ask us for an estimate when you order.
5. Receiving your parcel
- The courier may call the phone number on your order before delivering, so please keep it reachable.
- If nobody is available, Koombiyo Delivery tries again on the following days, up to 3 delivery attempts in total.
- If you are paying cash on delivery, please have the full amount (your order plus the delivery fee) ready for the courier.
If the parcel still can’t be delivered after the final attempt, it is returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange delivery again, and a new delivery fee may apply.
6. Check your parcel on arrival
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the box is damaged, or the helmet is damaged or not what you ordered, take photos and contact us the same day so we can put it right. See our Return Policy.
