1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Tavisgo Motors, No 96, Hill Street, Dehiwala, Sri Lanka. By using the website you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy and Return Policy also apply.
2. Using the website and your account
- Use the website lawfully and don’t try to interfere with its operation or security.
- Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that are used to misuse the website or break these terms.
3. Product information
We take care to describe our helmets accurately. Photos are for illustration and colours may look different on your screen; some products don’t have photos yet. Helmet fit varies by brand and model, so we recommend trying a helmet on in store or asking us for sizing help.
If you notice an error in a product listing, please let us know.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed by our team when you place your order. If a price on the website is wrong, we’ll tell you before your order is confirmed.
Stock levels are updated regularly but can change quickly. Availability is confirmed when your order is confirmed.
5. Ordering
This website doesn’t take payments. Orders are placed with our team on WhatsApp, by phone or in store. Sending a WhatsApp message from the website is a request, not a confirmed order: your order is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you, including the price, delivery fee and how to pay.
6. Delivery
Calculated at dispatch. The delivery fee is not a fixed price. It is finalised when your order is packed and weighed, based on your destination district. Nearby deliveries cost less than outstation ones. Delivery fees range from Rs 650 to Rs 1,100. See Delivery information.
7. Returns
Return an unused helmet within 7 days and exchange it for another one, as long as none of its stickers or labels have been removed. Returns are by exchange only; we don’t offer refunds. Full details are in our Return Policy.
8. Reviews
Reviews must be your own honest experience of the product. Don’t post anything offensive, misleading, unlawful, or that includes other people’s personal information or advertising.
By posting a review you allow us to display it on this website. We may remove reviews that break these rules. You can delete your own review at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website belongs to Tavisgo Motors or is used with permission. Brand names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
10. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Sri Lankan law, including consumer protection law, that cannot be excluded or limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
